Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Shipping Partners

• We partner with trusted local courier services like Pathao, Sundarban Courier, and Paperfly to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your orders.
• For bulky or high-value orders, we may use specialized logistics partners to ensure safe delivery. You will be notified in advance if this applies to your order.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once processed, your order will be shipped using your selected delivery method.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the shipping method and delivery location.
• For orders over BDT 5,000, you qualify for free shipping (applies to standard shipping only).

International Shipping

• Currently, we only ship within Bangladesh. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Times

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping method selected, the delivery address, and external factors such as weather or holidays.
• While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Lost or Damaged Items

• In case your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
• If your item is damaged upon arrival, please take a photo of the product and packaging and send it to us for review.
